Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, service address, appointment preferences, description of the garage door issue, photos you choose to upload, and records of your communication preferences.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to service requests, schedule and perform garage door services, prepare for appointments, communicate estimates and service updates, maintain business records, and improve customer service.

Customer accounts and door designs

Customer accounts store your email, name, optional phone number, a protected password hash, and saved door designs. Uploaded home photos and previews are private to your account and authorized staff reviewing a quote. Uploaded photos are resized in your browser before saving, which removes their original embedded metadata. You can download a design without creating an account. Saving projects across devices requires an account.

Session cookies keep you signed in. Your temporary shopping list is stored in your browser. Creating an account or saving a design does not enroll you in marketing messages. Removing a saved design removes its stored photos and previews; a submitted quote may also be retained in our service-request records for business purposes.

SMS communications

The form has two independent, optional SMS choices. Selecting service texts permits appointment confirmations, reminders, estimates, and service-related updates. Selecting marketing texts separately permits recurring automated offers, discounts, and promotions. Neither choice is preselected or required to request service. We record each choice separately with its disclosure text, consent version, source page, and timestamp when selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support message delivery and are required to protect the information.

Service providers and legal requirements

We may use trusted providers for website hosting, file storage, communications, payment processing, or business operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect safety, or to prevent fraud or misuse.

Data security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, and operational purposes.

Your choices

You may decline either or both SMS choices and still request service. See our SMS Terms at /sms-terms. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information when legally permitted by calling (248) 800-2644.
